‘Worried Dog’ TV Ad – Traveler’s Insurance

By reah at 9 September, 2009, 6:29 pm

Kudos to the creative team and director for making a non-traditional commercial on insurance. If they used a man to play a similar role, viewers certainly would not be as appreciative as they were on this insurance ad. This ad also has proven that animals on TV adverts, if trained and directed well, are really effective on capturing the heart of the target audience. Did you notice how worried his face was when a dog passed by as he was digging a hole for his bone? That certainly is an intelligent dog to act like that.

VERY EFFECTIVE!!! This is a GREAT ad — the best! The people who created this were absolute geniuses and Traveler’s was fortunate to have their creative talent. After many of the “cute” ads, I fail to recall the company/product that was being promoted . . this one, sticks with you.

Now this ad “deserves” a NOBEL Award!!! The dog found peace for his troubled mind.

I have a dog that acts and looks exactly like the dog on the Traveler’s ad. We got him from our local humane society. I would love to know exactly what kind he is; I only know he is a terrier mix.

This ad is fantastic! I think breed of dog might be a cross of West Highland Terrior and Cairn Terrier. Thanks for info on the song. Love it!

sooooooo adorable!!!!!

Beatriz February 10, 2010

This is one of my favorite commercial’s! I really would like to see much more of this adorable dog on t.v.. He look’s so worried over his bone, poor dog. And the faces he makes are genius! That dog is a star. I think he’s going to be bigger than Lassie,Old Yeller,Benji and flipper put together. I must ask what kind of a dog is he because he is soooooo cute and intelligent. Also Is there a video of this commercial for sale, because I really would love to own it?
